Career-Technical Education

Career Technical Education programs and services prepare youth and adults for a broad range of careers that require varying levels of education, from high school, apprenticeships and postsecondary certificates to college and university degrees. Many students receive industry certifications or credentials prior to graduation.

Stark County currently offers over 150 programs in 15 career fields. Programs are offered at:

  1. Alliance City Schools with Marlington
  2. Canton City Schools
  3. Massillon City Schools
  4. South Stark Career Academy which includes Canton Local, Sandy Valley, East Canton, and Perry
  5. R.G. Drage Career Technical Center which includes Fairless, Tuslaw, Northwest, Louisville, Minerva, and Malvern
  6. Stark Compact which includes GlenOak, Hoover, Jackson, and Lake
